Supporting stability, recovery, and independence
Our Mental Health Supported Living services are designed for adults who experience mental health challenges and need support to live independently and remain well within their community.
The focus of this service is on recovery, emotional wellbeing, and maintaining stability. Support is delivered in a way that helps people build confidence, manage their mental health, and sustain their tenancy over time.
People live in their own self‑contained homes, with support that is flexible and responsive to changing needs. The level and intensity of support can reduce or increase depending on how someone is feeling and what is happening in their life.
Support typically focuses on:
- Establishing and maintaining daily routines
- Emotional wellbeing, resilience, and coping strategies
- Support around appointments, services, and treatment plans
- Reducing isolation and reconnecting with community life
- Building confidence to live as independently as possible
We work alongside individuals and wider professionals to provide calm, consistent support that promotes autonomy and long‑term independence.
